Between January and August 2025, VdA stood out as the leading law firm in Portugal by total value of M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Asset Acquisition transactions.

The TTR Data report reveals that, in the first eight months of the year, 374 transactions were completed in Portugal, corresponding to an aggregate value of €5.569 billion. Despite a decrease in the number of transactions compared with 2024, VdA maintained its leadership in terms of total value advised, further strengthening its prominent position in the sector.
