A Nextel Brasil estaria venda por USD 300m, e seu comprador deverá assumir uma dívida de USD 600m. Ainda de acordo com a publicação, o Presidente da Nextel, Francisco Valim, nega a venda da empresa e afirma que a as empresas estão olhando unicamente informações para compartilhamento de infraestruturas.

According to the news, TIM Participações, Claro Brasil and foreign funds are assessing the financial information supplied by the seller, the US-based telecommunications company NII Holdings (NASDAQ:NIHD). Nextel Brasil could sell for USD 300m, and the buyer must assume debt valued at USD 600m. Still according to the news, Nextel's president, Francisco Valim, denies the sale and says the companies are only looking at information for infrastructure sharing. |
