OHL (BME:OHL), a Spain-based construction group, is completing a strategic plan until 2020 based on a strengthened balance sheet and through the sale of assets, reported Alimarket on 8 March 2017.

Among the most significant divestments in Latin America are 6.85% of OHL México, worth EUR 120m, and its shares in the Toluca airport and in the Amazoc-Perote, Conmex, Poetas, Urbanas Norte, and Viaducto Bicentenario highways. The group also seeks buyers for 49% of its highways in Colombia and Chile, as well as the Peruvian Red Vial 4.

In Spain, OHL will sell its industrial division and would sell the concessions of the Port of Alicante, Terminales Marítimas del Sureste (TMS), Puerto de Santa Cruz, and of Terminal de Contenedores de Tenerife (TC Tenerife). The toll of the M-45 ring road in Madrid is also on the block.

OHL (BME:OHL), grupo de construcción con sede en España, ultima un plan estratégico hasta 2020 con base en un balance reforzado y saneado a través de la venta de activos, según ha informado Alimarket el 8 de marzo de 2017.

Entre las desinversiones más destacadas en Latinoamérica estarían el 6,85% de OHL México, valorado en EUR 120m, y sus participaciones el aeropuerto de Toluca y en las autopistas Amazoc-Perote, Conmex, Poetas, Urbanas Norte y Viaducto Bicentenario. El grupo también busca compradores para el 49% de sus autopistas en Colombia y Chile, así como de la peruana Red Vial 4.

En España, OHL podría vender su división industrial y se desprendería de la concesión del Puerto de Alicante, Terminales Marítimas del Sureste (TMS), y de la de Puerto de Santa Cruz, Terminal de Contenedores de Tenerife (TC Tenerife). También está en venta el peaje de la circunvalación madrileña M-45.
