A Incortel, incorporadora exclusiva no Brasil para construir hotéis da americana Best Western, vai lançar um fundo de investimento em participações (FIP) de até BRL 200m para financiar o plano de expansão da marca no país em 2015 e servir como alternativa a uma eventual menor oferta de recursos por meio do sistema de condo-hotel. Segundo a diretora da Incortel, Cecilia Zon, o FIP vai ser voltado para investidores institucionais e terá uma captação mínima de BRL 50 milhões. A carteira está sendo estruturada pela Aria Capital Partners.

Incortel, exclusive developer of Best Western hotels in Brazil, will create an investment fund with up to BRL 200m to finance its expansion plan for the brand throughout 2015, and to serve as an alternative for possible lower supply of resources through condo hotel system. According to Incortel's director, Cecilia Zon, this fund will target institutional investors and will have a minimum uptake of BRL 50m. The portfolio will be structured by Aria Capital Partners. |
