Iberia, a Spain-based airline, announced the launching of its operations in Japan, reported the company in a press release issued on 17 October 2016. The airline will begin its operations with three flights a week on the route between Madrid and Tokyo, and starts a new cooperation agreement with Japan Airlines (Tokyo:9201), British Airways (LON:BAY) and Finnair (HEL: FIA1S). In August 2016, Iberia received the approval from the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) to participate in a joint venture with Japan Airlines, British Airways, and Finnair to operate flights between Europe and Japan (see related Intel).

Iberia, aerolínea española, ha anunciado el inicio de sus operaciones en Japón, según ha informado la compañía en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 17 de octubre de 2016. En concreto, la aerolínea inaugurará tres vuelos a la semana de la ruta entre Madrid y Tokio, y pone en marcha un nuevo acuerdo de cooperación con las aerolíneas Japan Airlines (Tokyo:9201), British Airways (LON:BAY) y Finnair (HEL: FIA1S). En agosto de 2016, Iberia ha recibido la aprobación del Ministerio japonés de Tierra, Agricultura, Transporte y Turismo (MLIT) para formar parte del negocio conjunto con Japan Airlines, British Airways y Finnair, para realizar vuelos entre Europa y Japón (ver Intel relacionado). |
