Eurofund Capital Partners, a Spain-based real estate asset manager, may be close to finalizing the acquisition of three shopping centers in Cuenca, Alicante, and Seville, owned by Incus Capital, reported Expansión on 14 March 2017, citing market sources. According to the report, in this transaction, Eurofund may be partnered with UK-based private equity firm Patron Capital Partners, with whom it already acquired the Dolce Vita Odeón shopping center. Specifically, the assets in question are shopping centers El Mirador de Cuenca, Alzamora in Alcoy (Alicante), and Alcores in Alcalá de Guadaíra (Seville). The transaction plus the refurbishment of the assets represents an investment of EUR 60m.

Eurofund Capital Partners, gestora española de activos inmobiliarios, estaría cerca de cerrar la adquisición de tres centros comerciales en Cuenca, Alicante y Sevilla, propiedad de Incus Capital, según ha informado Expansión el 14 de marzo de 2017, citando a fuentes del mercado. En esta operación Eurofund tendría como socio a la firma de private equity británica Patron Capital Partners, con quien ya adquirió el centro comercial Dolce Vita Odeón.
