O grupo Carrefour (Euronext Paris:CA) poderá abrir o capital de sua filial Carrefour Brasil em 2017, segundo publicou o Valor Econômico em 28 de julho de 2016, citando um dos principal executivo do grupo francês Carrefour, Georges Plassat. Segundo Georges Plassat, “Pensamos que o Brasil, que passou por uma fase um pouco estranha de sua governança política, está se recuperando”. E ele acrescentou, “Mantemos a ideia de que, se as condições forem aceitáveis e se outros elementos atuais da conjuntura e de nossas atividades se mantiverem, o IPO no Brasil poderá ser realizado ao longo de 2017”.

Carrefour Group (Paris Euronext: CA) may conduct an IPO of its subsidiary Carrefour Brasil in 2017, reported Valor Econômico on 28 July, 2016, citing one of the major executives of French group Carrefour, Georges Plassat. As per Georges Plassat, "We think that Brazil, which went through a phase a bit strange of its political governance, its now recovering." And he adds, "We maintain the idea that, if the conditions are acceptable and if both current environmental elements and our activities are kept, an IPO in Brazil may be carried out throughout 2017". |
