Atlantia [BIT:ATL], an Italy-based highway construction and operation company, obtained a purchase option for 29.9% or 34% of Cellnex Telecom [BME:CLNX] currently held by Abertis [BME:ABE], subject to the success of the Public Takeover Offer launched by Hochtief [FRA:HOT], a Germany-based company controlled by ACS [BME:ACS], for Abertis. The option is part of the agreement between Atlantia, Hotchief and ACS to jointly control Abertis. At the same time, Atlantia signed a sale option with Italy-based Edizione for 29.9% of Cellnex Telecom. If the two deals are carried out and Atlantia is left with 4.1% of Cellnex Telecom, it would be forced to launch a PTO for the company.

Atlantia [BIT:ATL], empresa italiana dedicada a la construcción y gestión de autopistas, ha obtenido una opción de compra sobre el 29,9% o el 34% de Cellnex Telecom [BME:CLNX] que está en manos de Abertis [BME:ABE], sujeta al éxito de la Oferta Pública de Adquisición que Hochtief [FRA:HOT], empresa alemana controlada por ACS [BME:ACS], está lanzando sobre Abertis. Todo ello se enmarca en el acuerdo entre Atlantia, Hochtief, y ACS para controlar conjuntamente Abertis. Al mismo tiempo, Atlantia ha firmado una opción de venta con la empresa italiana Edizione sobre el 29,9% de Cellnex Telecom. En caso de que ambas operaciones se llevasen a cabo y Atlantia se quedase con el 4,1% de Cellnex Telecom, se vería obligada a lanzar una OPA sobre la compañía. |
