A Altus (BMVF:ALTS3), com sede em São Leopoldo no estado do Rio Grande do Sul e que desenvolve e comercializa tecnologia para automação e controle de processos industriais, anunciou que o Diretor de Relações com Investidores (DRI), Fabiano Günther Favaro, passará a assumir também a posição de CEO em 2016, comandando a operação executiva da empresa, segundo publicou a própria Altus em Fato Relevante do dia 14 de janeiro de 2016. De acordo com o Fato Relevante, Luiz Francisco Gerbase continuará como Presidente, integrando a Administração da empresa e a alteração do cargo do DRI ocorrerá na próxima reunião do Conselho de Administração.

Altus (BMVF:ALTS3), a company engaged in developing and commercializing automation and control technology systems for industrial use and based in São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul state, appointed Fabiano Günther Favaro, its Director of Investors Relations, to also assume the position of CEO in 2016, taking over the executive operation and command of the company, as published by Altus through a relevant fact on 14 January 2016. According to the news, Luiz Francisco Gerbase will remain as President, integrating the executive team, and the new change in the role of Favaro will take place in the next Board Meeting. |
