A Altice vai criar a Altice Media Group, uma empresa que vai agregar todos os activos deste sector detidos pelo grupo. O objectivo da nova holding é desenvolver a actividade em França e nos mercados onde a Altice está presente, como em Portugal, disse Mark Laufer, CEO da Altice Media Group. Por estes motivos, a aquisição de meios de comunicação social portugueses não está excluída dos planos do grupo. De acordo com o executivo, neste momento não existem negociações para outra aquisição. A presença da Altice em Portugal não passará só pelas telecomunicações ou media.
