Adecoagro, an agricultural company, and Granja Tres Arroyos, a poultry producer, based in Argentina, may be interested in acquiring Cresta Roja, an Argentina-based poultry producer, reported La Nación on 13 October 2016, citing sources familiar with the negotiation. According to the report, Adecoagro has met with Granja Tres Arroyos to make a joint bid to acquire Cresta Roja, though a decision is yet to be made regarding the submission or not of the bid. In August 2016, an Argentine court launched the call for the domestic and international tender of Cresta Roja, which entered bankruptcy in 2014, at a minimum price for bids of USD 110m. Las empresas argentinas Adecoagro, dedicada al sector agrícola, y Granja Tres Arroyos, empresa avícola, estarían interesadas en adquirir Cresta Roja, empresa avícola con sede en Argentina, según ha informado La Nación el 13 de octubre de 2016, citando fuentes cercanas a la negociación. Según la información, Adecoagro se habría reunido con la Granja Tres Arroyos para realizar una oferta conjunta para adquirir Cresta Roja, aunque aún no se han definido una decisión respecto a la presentación o no de la oferta.
