ANSES, Argentina's national administration of social security, is said to be planning to invest in companies seeking to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2017, through the Sustainability Guarantee Fund, to diversify the fund's portfolio, reported El Cronista on 12 December 2016, citing sources from the state-owned entity.

According to the report, ANSES may be seeking with this strategy to promote the domestic capital market by providing support to businesses planning to list shares, so long as they have minimum liquidity and are interesting undertakings.

For now, the entity identified only five companies with plans to be listed on the domestic stock exchange, which it is planning to fund, the report stated.

La ANSES (Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social) planearía invertir en empresas que busquen salir a bolsa en 2017, a través del Fondo de Garantía de Sustentabilidad, para diversificar la cartera del fondo, ha publicado El Cronista el 12 de diciembre de 2016, citando fuentes del organismo estatal.

Según lo publicado, la ANSES buscaría a través de esta estrategia fomentar el mercado bursátil local brindando apoyo a emprendimientos que quieran cotizar en bolsa, siempre y cuando tengan una mínima liquídez y sean interesantes.

Por el momento, el organismo ha detectado a solo cinco empresas con planes de cotizar en el mercado local, a las cuales planea financiar, de acuerdo con la información.
