A aquisição seria uma forma da espanhola entrar com força no mercado brasileiro. Through this acquisition, Essentium would have a strong presence in Brazil. The agreement would include creating a new company. Essentium would hold 10% of the capital, assuming 134 construction sites, currently held Delta Construcão. |
