There were 109 deals in Peru year-to-date, worth a combined USD 2.6bn, according to 2022 annual report published by TTR Data.
The report provides quarterly analysis of the Peruvian M&A market, and complete coverage of the sectors undergoing most consolidation, as well as the most prominent cross-border deals. Inbound deal making in the country was led by US-based companies, the report indicates, while the banking and investment sector led venture capital investments in the country year-to-date.
