There were 25 deals in Peru year-to-date, worth a combined USD 202m, according to the 1Q25 report published by TTR Data.

The report provides quarterly analysis of the Peruvian M&A market and complete coverage of the sectors undergoing most consolidation, as well as the most prominent cross-border deals. Inbound deal making in the country was led by Chile-based companies, the report indicates.
