There were 265 deals in Colombia year-to-date, worth a combined USD 7.3bn, according to the 2022 annual report published by TTR Data.
The report provides quarterly analysis of the Colombian M&A market, and complete coverage of the sectors undergoing most consolidation, as well as the most prominent cross-border deals. Inbound deal making in the country was led by US-based companies, the report indicates, while the software sector led venture capital investments in the country, year-to-date.
