Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados was founded by four of the most experienced venture capital and M&A lawyers in Brazil. With a client base of more than 200 technology companies and 30 of the most active venture capital and private equity funds, as well as a combined track record of hundreds of venture financing rounds, the firm's mission is to guide emerging technology companies from seed to exit.
Since its foundation in April 2021, the firm has already participated in some of the largest late-stage venture financing rounds and exit transactions shaping the Brazilian technology ecosystem.
