According to TTR’s annual report, PLMJ has once again led M&A deals in Portugal to the tune of €2.4 billion.

In the top 5 of the most active lawyers is the partner who coordinates PLMJ’s Corporate M&A practice, Diogo Perestrelo.

In the table dedicated to Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions, PLMJ also leads the ranking by value of transactions, with €1.7 billion, which corresponds to 54% of the transactions made public in the market.

In the individual rankings of Dealmakers, Duarte Schmidt Lino, co-coordinator of the Corporate M&A area, is again at the top of the list of lawyers responsible for advising operations in Portugal, with 1.2 billion euros.

Furthermore, the top 10 of the Rising stars in Private Equity list is occupied by eight of the firm’s lawyers: Rita Pereira Jardim, Ânia Cruz, Tomás Almeida Ribeiro, Manuel Sequeira and Rita Vilas Curto, Raquel Moutinho, Rita Braga Themido and Vasco Granate.
