La empresa española eltenedor, filial de la francesa La Fourchette, y la Federación Cultural de Asociaciones de Cocineros y Reposteros de España (FACYRE) han firmado un acuerdo de colaboración para potenciar la hostelería y apoyar la gastronomía en España, según ha señalado eltenedor en una nota de prensa del 24 de septiembre de 2015. El acuerdo va encaminado a poner en marcha de forma conjunta acciones que ayuden a los establecimientos a adaptarse al mercado y refuercen el papel de la gastronomía en las distintas ciudades. |
