Zona Franca de Iquique (BCS:ZOFRI), an Iquique, Chile-based marketing services company, announced the resignation of Gabriela Alejandra Krauss Valle as president and board member in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 18 November 2016. Specifically, Krauss submitted her resignation after being appointed to the positions on 14 November (see related intel) given she was named Chile's Minister of State. The company appointed deputy chairman of the board Julio Ruiz Fernández to be her replacement.

Zona Franca de Iquique (BCS:ZOFRI), plataforma de servicios de comercialización con sede en Iquique, Chile, ha comunicado la renuncia de Gabriela Alejandra Krauss Valle como presidenta y directora en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 18 de noviembre de 2016. En concreto, Krauss ha presentado su renuncia tras haber sido designada a los cargos el 14 de noviembre (ver intel relacionado) por su nombramiento como Ministro de Estado de Chile. La empresa ha designado al vicepresidente del directorio Julio Ruiz Fernández como su reemplazo. |
