Orange's acquisition of Jazztel is provoking parallel transactions in the telecommunications market in Spain. Both Yoigo and Más Móvil could be interested in acquiring a portion of Orange España's networks, as part of the acquisition of Jazztel. Europe is blocking the acquisition of Jazztel in several ways, due to its competition impact. This could force Orange to accept to sell the networks that overlap with Jazztel's, since the two companies would be part of the same group. Orange's most interesting networks would the optic fiber.

La operación de compra de Orange sobre Jazztel está provocando movimientos paralelos al mercado de las telecomunicaciones en España. Tanto Yoigo como MásMóvil estarían interesadas en la adquisición de parte de las redes de Orange España si así se lo indicasen como parte de la adquisición de Jazztel. Europa ha puesto diversas trabas a la compra de Jazztel debido al impacto sobre la competencia, por lo que Orange tendría que aceptar algunas concesiones que supondrían deshacerse de las redes que se solapen con las de Jazztel una vez que ambas empresas formen parte del mismo grupo. Entre las redes de Orange, las más cotizadas serían las de fibra óptica. |
