Argentina-based state-owned oil company YPF (BCBA:YPFD) and holding Grupo Indalo are interested in acquiring 67.2% of Petrobras Argentina (BCBA:PESA), reported La Nación on 14 August, 2015. In 2013, Grupo Indalo was one of the bidders which made the most progress in the acquisition of Petrobras Argentina, but was unsuccessful. Indalo executives are working to submit a bid on 28 August, a deadline extended in the last weeks. Petrobras (BVMF:PTR3; BMAD:XPBR; NYSE:PBR) has been trying to sell its subsidiary for some time in an open process which involves several companies (see related Intel).

La petrolera argentina YPF (BCBA:YPFD) y el holding argentino Grupo Indalo han mostrado su interés por comprar el 67,2% del capital social de Petrobras Argentina (BCBA:PESA), según ha informado el diario La Nación el 14 de agosto de 2015. El Grupo Indalo ya en 2013 fue uno de los que más avanzaron en el proceso para quedarse con Petrobras Argentina, pero no tuvieron éxito. Ejecutivos de Indalo trabajan para presentar una oferta el 28 de este mes, plazo que fue extendido en las últimas semanas. Petrobras (BVMF:PTR3; BMAD:XPBR; NYSE:PBR) lleva un tiempo intentando vender la empresa, en un proceso abierto en el que se encuentran varias empresas (Ver Intels relacionados).
