Xesol Innovation, a Spain-based developer of an advanced driving assistance system, is preparing an IPO on the London Stock Exchange, announced Spain-based assessor Gesvalt in a press release on 26 January 2017. Gesvalt will be responsible for assessing the share capital of the company, which is planning an IPO for the end of 2017. Xesol, based in Vigo, produces a tool which uses machine vision cameras to monitor the vehicle environment and develops a deep learning system. In potential risk situations, the system warns the driver.

Xesol Innovation, empresa española que desarrolla un sistema avanzado de asistencia en la conducción, prepara su salida a la Bolsa de Valores de Londres, según ha informado la tasadora Gesvalt en una nota de prensa publicada el 26 de enero de 2017. Gesvalt se encargará de valorar el capital social de la empresa, que planea su salida a Bolsa para finales de 2017. Xesol, con sede en Vigo, elabora una herramienta que emplea cámaras de visión artificial para monitorizar el entorno del vehículo y un sistema de continuo aprendizaje. Ante posibles situaciones de riesgo, el sistema avisa al conductor. |
