Werfen Life, a Spain-based company that offers hospital material, could carry out an IPO with in excess of 15% of the capital. The company is held by four Rubiralta brothers, who will retain a majority stake. In 2013, the group registered revenues of some EUR 1bn. In addition, Werfen Life operates in 30 countries and it is worth in excess of EUR 1.6bn, including debt. So far, the company has not made any declarations. This IPO is planned to guarantee the company's future, so that it is not solely owned by the family.

El grupo español de material hospitalario Werfen Life podría estudiar su salida a Bolsa con más de un 15% de su capital. La empresa es propiedad al 100% de los cuatro hermanos Rubiralta, por lo que seguirían manteniendo una cómoda mayoría. El grupo facturó en 2013 cerca de los EUR 1.000m. Además opera en más de 30 países, lo que le da un valor de empresa por encima de EUR 1.600m, incluyendo deuda. La empresa por el momento no ha realizado declaraciones al respecto. La salida a Bolsa se plantea como una forma de garantizar el futuro de la empresa no dejándola en su totalidad en manos de la familia. |
