Wayra Perú announced the launch of the first national call for the financing of three startups in Peru, reported Gestión on 14 April, 2016, citing Wayra CEO, Alexander Gómez. Specifically, the digital business accelerator will provide startups with financing of up to USD 0.1m. Of that amount, 50% will be given in seed capital and the other 50%, in the services of the acceleration itself. Companies engaged in internet technology solutions, cloud apps, and projects for network and Big Data infrastructure will be able to participate in this first call.

Wayra Perú ha anunciado la apertura de la primera convocatoria a nivel nacional para el financiamiento de tres startups en el país, según ha anunciado Gestión el 14 de abril de 2016, citando al director ejecutivo de Wayra, Alexander Gómez. En concreto, la aceleradora de negocios digitales proporcionará a las startups una financiación de hasta USD 0,1m. De este monto, el 50% se otorgará en capital semilla y el restante en los servicios de la propia aceleración. En esta primera convocatoria podrán participar firmas de soluciones en tecnologías de internet, las aplicaciones cloud, y los proyectos para infraestructuras de red y Big Data. |
