La empresa estadounidense de retail Walmart pretende lanzar una OPA para hacerse con el 100% del capital social de Walmart Chile (antigua D&S). Concretamente, la estadounidense quiere adquirir el 0,28% del accionariado que todavía no controla a un precio por acción de USD 0,91 aproximadamente. Recientemente, Walmart se ha hecho con el 99,72% del capital social a través de su filial Inversiones Australes Tres (IA3) tras comprar el 25,06% del capital social a varias entidades chilenas. |
