Walmart Chile (BCS:WMTCL), a Santiago, Chile-based retailer and subsidiary of US-based Walmart (NYSE:WMT), is said to have chosen a series of non-strategic assets to sell, reported El Mercurio on 4 July, 2016, citing company sources. According to the report, the assets the company is able to divest in Chile would be 52 properties, including land plots and real estate assets. It is expected the company will obtain at least around USD 40m with the asset divestment.

Walmart Chile (BCS:WMTCL), empresa de retail con sede en Santiago de Chile y filial de la estadounidense Walmart (NYSE:WMT), habría definido una serie de activos no estratégicos para su negocio para dar inicio a su venta, según ha informado El Mercurio el 4 de julio de 2016. De acuerdo con fuentes de la filial de la firma de retail norteamericana, en Chile serían 52 propiedades las que se quieren enajenar, las cuales estarían conformadas entre terrenos e inmuebles. Se espera que la compañía pueda obtener como mínimo alrededor de USD 40m con el proceso de enajenación de activos. |
