WTGoodman aims to develop projects, whose prices will remain stable on the market even in unstable times. The company's focus is the projects' profitability and not its volume. WTGoodman does not reject the idea of acquisitions which may promote its growth. The market has been active in the last few years, and it is still expensive to acquire assets. It is estimated that from now until the end of the year, prices will be adjusted, states the president, Cesar Corona Nasser.

A WTGoodman pretende ser uma das três maiores empresas do setor a partir de meados de 2016. A expansão da empresa será financiada por meio de um fundo imobiliário de cerca de BRL 1bi, com captação prevista para meados de 2015.

A WTGoodman busca desenvolver projetos cujos preços, mesmo em momentos de oscilação, flutuem menos dos que os do mercado. O foco da empresa é a rentabilidade dos projetos e não o volume. Mas a WTGoodman não descarta que aquisições possam contribuir para seu crescimento. O mercado ficou muito aquecido nos últimos anos, e ainda está caro comprar ativos. A expectativa é que, de agora até o fim do ano, sejam feitos ajustes nos preços, afirma o presidente, Cesar Corona Nasser.
