Volaris (BMV:VOLAR, NYSE:VLRS), a Mexico-based aviation company, announced the appointment of current Managing Director Enrique Beltranena Mejicano as board member in a press release issued on 9 September 2016. Beltranena will replace Jorge Antonio Vargas Diez Barroso, who resigned from the board. The appointment is subject to approval from the shareholders' assembly.

Beltranena reemplazará a Jorge Antonio Vargas Diez Barroso, que ha presentado su renuncia al consejo. La designación está sujeta a la aprobación de la asamblea de accionistas de la empresa. |
