Vocento (BME: VOC) could sell its real estate assets throughout this year, as published by El Confidencial on 29 February 2016, citing its CEO, Luis Enriquez.

Luis Enriquez said, at the last meeting with analysts, that the goal is to close the main sales this year, although another large part of its portfolio does not have a fixed schedule. Vocento's real estate portfolio includes the headquarters of newspaper ABC in Madrid and corporate offices of the group, as well as 365 parking spaces and an adjoining plot with a building area of ​​9,600 m2. Vocento also has spaces available in Bilbao, San Sebastian, Valladolid, Gijón and Pozuelo de Alarcón, according to real estate sources. The minimum price for the headquarters and the adjacent land, the group is asking for a minimum price of EUR 40m.

In June 2015, the group rejected two bids submitted by REIT Hispania and by joint venture between Renta Corporación and Kennedy Wilson.

Vocento (BME: VOC) podría vender su patrimonio inmobiliario a lo largo de este año, según ha publicado El Confidencial el 29 de febrero de 2016, basándose en las declaraciones del consejero delegado del grupo, Luis Enríquez.

Luis Enríquez reconoció en la última reunión con analistas que el objetivo es cerrar las principales ventas este mismo año, aunque otra gran parte de la cartera no tiene un calendario fijo. La cartera inmobiliaria de Vocento incluye la sede del diario ABC en Madrid y las oficinas corporativas del grupo, así como un parking de 365 plazas y un solar adjunto con una edificabilidad de 9.600 m2. Vocento también cuenta con espacios disponibles en Bilbao, San Sebastián, Valladolid, Gijón y Pozuelo de Alarcón, según fuentes inmobiliarias. Solamente por la sede y el terreno que tiene al lado, el grupo está pidiendo un precio mínimo de EUR 40m.

En junio de 2015, el grupo ya rechazó dos ofertas presentadas por la socimi Hispania y por la joint venture formada por Renta Corporación y Kennedy Wilson.
