Vivo, a telecommunications operator, and Nextel Brasil, engaged in the same line of business, created a partnership, as published by newspaper Exame on 16 June 2016. According to the news, this partnership is an agreement to share radio infrastructure and a renegotiation of a former industrial exploration contract signed by the two companies. Still according to the news, this deal was approved by Brazil's antitrust regulator CADE.

A Vivo, operadora de telecomunicações, e a Nextel Brasil, empresa de telecomunicações, fizeram uma parceria, segundo publicou a Exame em 16 de junho de 2016. De acordo com a publicação, a parceria consiste em um acordo de compartilhamento de espectro e infraestrutura de rádio e a renegociação de um antigo contrato de exploração industrial firmado entre elas. Ainda de acordo com a notícia, a operação foi aprovada pelo Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (CADE). |
