Visabeira Turismo, a Portugal-based tourism, leisure and sports company, was pre-qualified for the concession launched by the Portuguese Government to build a four-star or more hotel within the Rachadouro Cloister of Santa Maria de Alcobaça Monastery, as published by newspaper Económico on 6 October 2015. This concession has a duration of 50 years and requires and investment of some EUR 15m to build the hotel unit with approximately 80 rooms. This project involves hiring 70 employees. The company has until mid-December 2015, to submit a proposal for the investment.

A Visabeira Turismo, portuguesa que atua no setor turístico e de desporto e lazer, foi pre-qualificada para a concessão lançada pelo Governo de Portugal para a construção de um novo hotel de quatro ou mais estrelas localizado no Claustro do Rachadouro no Mosteiro de Santa Maria de Alcobaça, segundo publicou o jornal Económico no dia 06 de outubro de 2015. A concessão tem uma duração de 50 anos e prevê um investimento na ordem dos EUR 15m para a construção de uma unidade hoteleira com cerca de 80 quartos. A criação do hotel pressupõe ainda a criação de 70 postos de trabalho. A empresa tem até meados de dezembro de 2015 para apresentar uma proposta para a concretização do investimento |
