According to "Valor Económico", the company opened the raising of a venture capital fund to invest in technology and innovation companies in early stages of development. The expectation is to raise a USD 100m fund to September, and USD 25m to USD 50m will come from Vinci Partners.

According to Guy Perelmuter, "We want companies that, besides software, have some hardware component behind." Vinci Partners is interested in companies with projects in bio and nanotechnology, health, robotics and energy.
