The company has raised some BRL 400m - mostly from company's managing partners, controlled by billionaire Gilberto Sayão - and aims to raise another BRL 400m from pension funds and large institutional investors. The objective is to invest mainly in commercial real estate in Rio de Janeiro - mainly in rehabilitation of old buildings in the city center, where there are not many high-standard offices.

Já levantou cerca de BRL 400m — a maior parte vem do bolso dos próprios sócios da gestora, controlada pelo bilionário Gilberto Sayão — e pretende obter mais BRL 400m com fundos de pensão e grandes investidores institucionais. O objetivo do fundo é investir principalmente em imóveis comerciais no Rio de Janeiro — em especial, na reforma de prédios antigos na região central, onde há pouquíssimos escritórios de alto padrão. |
