Sociedad Concesionaria Vespucio Oriente, based in Santiago, Chile, announced the appointment of Fernando Ramón Vergara Solar as CEO and changes to its board in a filing with Chilean regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros published on 20 May, 2015. Solar resigned as an alternate board member and replaced Carlos García-Faure Enebral as CEO. García stepped down as CEO and was appointed vice-president of the board. García filled the board seat of José Luis Osuna Gómez, who resigned. The board made the appointments during a meeting held on 18 May.

Sociedad Concesionaria Vespucio Oriente, con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha anunciado la designación de Fernando Ramón Vergara Solar como CEO y cambios al directorio en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 20 de mayo de 2015. Solar ha renunciado a su cargo de director suplente y ha reemplazado como CEO a Carlos García-Faure Enebral. García ha renunciado como CEO y ha sido nombrado vicepresidente del directorio. García también ha reemplazado a José Luis Osuna Gómez en el directorio, quien ha renunciado como director titular. El directorio hizo las designaciones durante la reunión del 18 de mayo. |
