Vértice Cine and Tres60 (former Vértice 360 Servicios Audiovisuales) could carry out a merger process, although there has been no official announcement yet. The proposal would come from major shareholders of both companies, Ezentis and HIG, respectively, as a way to settle Vértice's debt. The process could imply that HIG y Ezentis would assume Vértice's IRS debt and later change for shares of Vértice Cine, to then finalize the merger with Tres60.

Las empresas Vértice Cine y Tres60 (ex Vértice 360 Servicios Audiovisuales) podrían llevar a cabo un proceso de fusión, aunque por el momento no se ha hecho ningún comunicado oficial. La propuesta surgiría de los accionistas mayoritarios de ambas compañías, Ezentis y HIG respectivamente, como medida para terminar con la deuda de Vértice. El proceso pasaría porque HIG y Ezentis asuman la deuda con Hacienda de Vértice y posteriormente la canjeen por acciones de Vértice Cine , para a continuación sellar la fusión con Tres60. |
