Värde Partners, a US-based investment fund, plans to acquire several plots of land to build houses in a portfolio of 800,000m2 of land, equivalent to 7,000 stories, which it inherited from San José Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, as published by Europa Press on 20 June 2016, citing its general manager, Javier Eguidazu. Furthermore, Värde Partners decided to invest EUR 2bn until 2021, to sell housing in Spain.

El fondo de inversión estadounidense Värde Partners tiene previsto adquirir varios terrenos y levantar viviendas en la cartera de 800.000m2 de suelo, equivalentes a 7.000 pisos, que ha heredado de San José Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, según ha informado la agencia Europa Press el 20 de junio de 2016, basándose en declaraciones de Javier Eguidazu, consejero delegado de la firma. Asimismo, Värde Partners ha decidido invertir unos EUR 2.000m hasta 2021 en vender viviendas en España. |
