Grupo San José could could carry out a debt capitalization process to consummate rescue, which would imply the entrance, as shareholders, of two major creditors: Värde Partners and Banco Popular, in its share capital. The stake they would attain would be at least 25%. Värde Partners just acquired Grupo San José's debt with Abanca. Banco Popular is a creditor since March 2014, which was when Grupo San José began to consider the possibility of capitalizing debt. (see related radar).

Grupo San José podría llevar a cabo un proceso de capitalización de deuda para consumar su rescate, que tendría como consecuencia la entrada en su accionariado de los dos principales acreedores: Värde Partners y Banco Popular. La participación que obtendrían sería de al menos el 25%. Värde Parnets acaba de adquirir la deuda que Grupo San José tenía contraída con Abanca, mientras que Banco Popular ya era acreedor desde que Grupo San José comenzó a plantearse la posibilidad de capitalizar la deuda en marzo de 2014 (ver radar relacionado). |
