The Commercial Court number seven of Barcelona could open on 1 September 2016 the period for the allocation of assets of Urbiótica, a Spain-based technology company, reported Expansión on 30 August 2016. To date, the only bid to acquire the production unit may have been submitted by a group of the company's employees. Urbiótica filed for bankruptcy in August. The deadline to submit bids is said to end on 30 September 2016.

El Juzgado Mercantil número siete de Barcelona podría abrir el 1 de septiembre el plazo para la adjudicación de los activos de Urbiótica, empresa tecnológica española, según ha informado Expansión el 30 de agosto de 2016. Hasta el momento, la única oferta para hacerse con la unidad productiva sería la presentada por un grupo de empleados de la propia compañía, que ha entrado en concurso de acreedores en agosto. El plazo para presentar las ofertas podría finalizar el 30 de septiembre. |
