Up4Angels, a Peru-based venture capital fund of Universidad del Pacífico, a Peru-based educational institution, is seeking Latin American investors to manage the entrepreneurship of Peruvian startups, reported El Comercio on 29 August 2016, citing Emprende UP Director Javier Salinas. Specifically, the Peru-based fund plans to close 2016 with 12 registered investors from across Latin America and four financed startups, for a total sum of USD 0.5m, which would be directed to companies of different economic sectors. By the end of 2017, Up4Angels plans to group 60 investors and finance ventures for USD 1m.

Up4Angels, fondo peruano de venture capital de la Universidad del Pacífico, institución educativa con sede en Lima, Perú, se encuentra en la búsqueda de inversores de América Latina para dirigir el emprendimiento de startups peruanas, según ha informado El Comercio el 29 de agosto de 2016, citando al director de Emprende UP, Javier Salinas. En concreto, el fondo peruano prevé cerrar 2016 con 12 inversionistas inscritos de todo América Latina y cuatro startups financiadas, por un monto total de USD 0,5m, los cuales estarían dirigidos a empresas de diversos sectores económicos. Para finales de 2017, Up4Angels planea agrupar a 60 inversores y financiar emprendimientos por USD 1m. |
