A Unidas afirma em prospecto preliminar que acredita estar bem posicionada para aproveitar eventuais oportunidades de realizar aquisições estratégicas de outras locadoras de veículos nos mercados nos quais atua ou nos quais a empresa tem interesse em atuar – tal como fez na aquisição da Best Fleet –, principalmente considerando sua solidez financeira, o fato de o mercado de aluguel de veículos ser bastante fragmentado e a experiência de seus acionistas controladores fundos de Investimento em realizar operações desse tipo. |
