Italy-based Unicredit (BIt: UCT) CEO Federico Ghizzoni announced the company's board agreed to constitute a subsidiary in Spain to strengthen its capital markets division, as reported by newspaper Expansión on 10 July 2015. The subsidiary would have Pedro Fernández de Sanstaella in the lead. Its objective would be new corporate clients and to support medium and large companies in Spain.

El consejero delegado de la empresa italiana Unicredit (BIt: UCT), Federico Ghizzoni, ha anunciado que el comité de la compañía ha acordado constituir una sucursal en España para potenciar el área de mercado de capitales en el país, según ha reportado el diario Expansión el 10 de julio de 2015. La sucursal, que tendría al frente a Pedro Fernández de Santaella, tendrá como objetivo atraer nuevos clientes corporativos y dar soporte a compañías españolas de mediano y gran tamaño. |
