Blackstone (NYSE:BX), CBRE Global Investors, and TPG-Axon Partners, US-based investment funds, could submit a bid to acquire the logistics portfolio of El Corte Inglés, reported Expansion on 29 September 2016, citing sources familiar. According to the report, the portfolio is comprised of 33 stores and distribution centers, three land plots, and a project in Madrid, which could be worth between EUR 250m and EUR 300m. Los fondos de inversión estadounidenses Blackstone (NYSE: BX), CBRE Global Investors y TPG - Axon Partners podrían presentar una oferta para adquirir la cartera logística de El Corte Inglés, según ha informado Expansión el 29 de septiembre de 2016, basándose en fuentes consultadas por el propio medio. En concreto, la cartera estaría formada por 33 almacenes y centros de distribución, tres terrenos y un proyecto en Madrid, que podrían rondar entre los EUR 250m y los EUR 300m. Además, Merlin Properties (BME: MRL) también podría haber mostrado su interés por estos activos. |
