| Synopsis |
|
Spanish metallurgy company Ros Casares may have received an offer from a US-based investment fund. This offer would include the acquisition of the steel company and its car and construction factories. The fund's name and the offer value have not been disclosed yet. Thyssenkrupp is also be interested in this acquisition, although the offer only includes the two factories owned by Thyssen Ros Casares (see related radar). The US-based fund also included in its offer the acquisition of factory Esquivias (Toledo), so they would bid for the three production centers. The fund's proposal for the production units would involve facilities and employees; they would retain the staff, aiming to continue generating business while consolidating debt.
(content in spanish)
