La firma estadounidense de private equity Fremont Group estaría negociando la compra del 100% del accionariado de la compañía española Bluespace, dedicada a la gestión de trasteros y a la prestación de servicios de logística. Hasta el momento, el accionariado está en manos de la también estadounidense Pramerica Real Estate Investors, propietaria del 80% del accionariado, y de los inversores particulares Alexander Ruckensteiner y Arnaud Ripert, con el 20% restante. La transacción podría materializarse durante los próximos meses. |
