UK-based fund Hanson Asset Management could be negotiating the acquisition of a 20% stake in Indra, an India-based technology firm, held by public company SEPI. El fondo británico Hanson Asset Management podría estar en negociaciones para hacerse con el 20% del capital social de la empresa tecnológica española Indra, que está en manos de la sociedad pública SEPI. Por el momento no se han dado detalles financieros de la transacción. La Sepi, adscrita al Ministerio de Hacienda, adquirió esa participación a Bankia en 2013, al considerar el Gobierno que Indra es una empresa estratégica para la seguridad nacional y ser un importante proveedor tecnológico del Ministerio de Defensa. |
