A companhia, em conjunto com assessores financeiros e legais já contratados, não decidiram quais ativos poderão ser objeto de alienação, nem tampouco identificou ou iniciou tratativas com nenhum potencial interessado. Os eventuais recursos advindos da venda serão usados para reduzir seu o endividamento e de suas controladas. |
