Portugal's Teasury and Finance Directorate-General (DGTF) will organize, again, an auction to sell property and raise more than EUR 3.5m. The public auctions will take place in a single day, 21 April, and prices range between six and EUR 556,000. The acquisition conditions continue to put off many potential stakeholders.

According to information published on DGTF's website , the sale will include 36 assets; land, garages, offices, apartments and even buildings.Currently, these assets are held by the Portuguese Government or other public entities such as the Financing Institute for Agriculture and Fisheries or the Institute of Employment and Training.

A Direcção-Geral do Tesouro e Finanças (DGTF) vai voltar a organizar um leilão para se desfazer de imóveis e arrecadar mais de EUR 3,5m. As hastas públicas decorrem num único dia, a 21 de Abril, e os preços variam entre os seis e os EUR 556.000. Já as condições de compra continuam a afastar muitos potenciais interessados.

De acordo com a informação publicada no site da DGTF, estarão à venda 36 activos, entre terrenos, garagens, escritórios, apartamentos e até prédios. O património, que hoje pertence directamente ao Estado ou a outras entidades públicas como o Instituto de Financiamento da Agricultura e Pescas ou o Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional.
