Sandra Kardonski will replace Steven Kardosnki as board member and treasurer. The bank has not announced a replacement for the VP of strategy post.

Towerbank, entidad bancaria con sede en la Ciudad de Panamá, ha comunicado la renuncia del director Steven Kardonski y del vicepresidente de estrategias Ramón Suazo en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores el 16 de junio de 2015. Sandra Kardonski será la nueva directora y tesorera, en reemplazo de Steven Kardonski. El banco no ha anunciado un reemplazante para el cargo de vicepresidente de estrategias. |
