US-based TotalBank, a subsidiary of Spain-based Banco Popular (BME:POP), appointed Jorge Rossell as its new CEO, as published by newspaper Expansión on 14 December 2015.

Rossell replaces Luis de la Aguilera, who resigned after 15 years with the bank.

TotalBank announced other changes in the executive team. Highlights include Maritza Jaime as executive vice-president.

La estadounidense TotalBank, filial de la entidad española Banco Popular (BME:POP), ha designado a Jorge Rossell como nuevo presidente y consejero delegado de la entidad, según lo ha informado el diario Expansión el 14 de diciembre de 2015.

Rossell reemplaza así al anterior presidente y consejero delegado, Luis de la Aguilera, quien ha dimitido del cargo tras 15 años en la entidad.

TotalBank ha anunciado otros cambios en su equipo ejecutivo, entre los que destaca el nombramiento de Maritza Jaime como vicepresidenta ejecutiva.
